Register as a Referring Partner for ESUB Clothing Crisis Packs

We have changed how our referral system for new clothing works. A pack of new uniform can help with school attendance, inclusion and wellbeing but it will not solve the underlying issues that a family is facing.

The onus is on you to have meaningful conversations with your clients and to help them access the most appropriate support for their situation. This usually takes the form of a “cash first” approach so that families can buy clothing themselves. A request for new school uniform from ESUB must be a last resort and alongside other forms of support.
Clothing Crisis Packs are not available for families who can be assisted to obtain a grant or other financial support to buy clothing, or who can take what they need from “free to access” clothing provision (details on our Signposting page).

In order to be a Referral Partner you must be able to demonstrate that each referral is for a child in the greatest need where a “cash first” approach is unworkable and they cannot obtain suitable clothing locally. If you are not able to commit to this, you will not be able to become a Referral Partner. Instead, please visit our Signposting page for information about other support.

Once you have given us your details on the next page, we will be in touch to discuss working together.
